Summertime................and the livin' is easy!
Courtney just turned 8 and she had a pool party with all her friends. Her Mom wanted her to have a cake to match so she called me and this is what we came up with!

Her Mom wanted her to have a cake to match so she called me and this is what we came up with!How about a nice little poolside cabana....this one is made from the new Oreo Golden Fun Stix, some fondant leaves, a chocolate fondant door and a mix of fondant and buttercream flowers. Mmmm...have your fun and EAT it too!

A nice bubble gum beach ball floats in the pool ~ water is made from a cake decorating medium called piping gel and I flavored it raspberry since there are a lot of blue raspberry flavored things in the summertime!
(The umbrella is the only inedible item on this cake)
