Harrison is turning 10 and he wants a dirt bike for his birthday. (I have it on good authority that he will get one.) He also gets a dirt bike themed cake!
This cake is 100% edible....I like that quality in a cake....hee hee.
I made the detailed dirt bike and the silhouette riders using chocolate. I covered the cake in light blue buttercream and then added chocolate buttercream hills with some cookie dirt for even more texture.
