I love this edible tiki hut! This time I changed the roof of the the hut into large pink petals....per the birthday girl's request and I LOVE how it looks! 
I also added a lei around the top tier to add more flowers to the design.

This is soo cute! I love how your buttercream is so smooth and with such sharp edges! Is this the crusting buttercream?
ReplyDeletefaithy, I use a wilton buttercream recipe, it doesn't have meringue powder in it....but it does "crust" and I use viva to help smooth it.
